The large living room, very bright, faces the terrace, furnished with a nice table and deck-chairs, a fountain and an external shower. 
In the living room there is a nice double sofa bed with puff, an antique dinner table, elegant chairs, a beautiful cupboard, a bookcase, TV color (satellite) and telephone. 
The double bedroom is furnished with an antique king-size bed, an antique chest of drawers, a writing desk, an old chair and a big wardrobe. From the window it is possible to see part of the Trajans Forum. 
In the single bedroom there is a single bed, an antique desk and a wardrobe. 
The kitchen is fully equipped with gas-stove, oven, fridge, washing-machine, pots, cutlery and a nice kitchen cupboard. 
The bathroom with a shower-box is very characteristic. 
This Rome vacation rental has recently been completely restored and nicely finished with wooden-beam ceiling and a terracotta floor. 
The gas heating is indipendent. 
The holiday accomodation is very quiet and bright; it comes complete with linens.
