The apartment is about 130 sqm and enjoys two beautiful terraces with an impressive view. 
The lower level is composed by: 
- a spacious living room furnished with double sofa bed; 
- a nice dining area with table for 8 persons; 
- a first terrace (accessible from the living room and the dining area), nicely furnished with table and a lot of plants; 
- a fully equipped kitchen; 
- a double room; 
- a twin bedroom (it can also be arranged as double bedroom); 
- 1 room with two bunk beds 
- two bathrooms (one with with bathtub, the other one with shower). 
On the upper level there is a queen size futon bed and a fantastic terrace with a panoramic view on the Colosseum.
The apartment, complete with linens and towels, is provided with air-conditioning, washing machine, dish-washer, satellite TV. 
The heating is independent.
